The first thing anyone will notice when they come to the UCC at North Gorham for the first time is what a warm and welcoming congregation this is. We are not large in numbers, but we care deeply about one another and about our mission in this community & beyond.

I’ve been serving this church since 2017, first as an intern, then in my role as Associate Minister at First Parish-Gorham, and finally, since the fall of 2020, as Pastor. This is a part-time role for me, as I also work as a history teacher at Gorham High School.

If you are looking for a church that affirms people whatever their age, race, gender, economic status, sexual orientation, or political affiliation, a church that is passionate about serving those in our community and around the world who are in need, a church that is not interested in telling you what to believe but is committed to learning together how to live by the values Jesus taught, then we invite you to come and give us a try!
